This website is operated by HOLOS Tiles. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HOLOS Tiles. By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

PRODUCTS

We aim to display our tiles, colours, finishes and textures as accurately as possible. However, tiles are manufactured from natural or manufactured materials and slight variations in colour, shade, texture, pattern and dimensions may occur between batches.

We recommend ordering sufficient quantities for your complete project at the same time, as we cannot guarantee an exact match between different batches.

PRODUCT IMAGES & SAMPLES

Images displayed on our website are for representation purposes. Colours may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Where available, we recommend ordering or viewing a sample before placing a large order.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices may be changed without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed.

MEASUREMENTS & QUANTITIES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that measurements and quantities are correct before ordering. We recommend allowing an appropriate additional percentage for cuts, breakages and wastage during installation.

DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, location and courier services. Customers should not arrange installation until all goods have been received and inspected.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

Any damaged, missing or incorrect items should be reported to HOLOS Tiles as soon as possible after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

INSTALLATION

Tiles should be inspected before installation. Installation of a product will generally be considered acceptance of its appearance and condition. HOLOS Tiles cannot be held responsible for installation costs arising from products that had visible defects before installation.

We recommend using a suitably qualified professional for tile installation.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Certain products, including specially ordered, customised or clearance products, may have different return conditions where permitted by law.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK consumer law.
