Delivery Information

At HOLOS Tiles, we aim to ensure your tiles arrive safely and efficiently. Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the size and weight of your order and the delivery location.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. We will provide delivery information once your order has been prepared for dispatch.

Delivery of Tiles

Due to the weight and nature of tiles, larger orders may be delivered on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are generally made to the nearest safe and accessible point at the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that suitable access is available for the delivery vehicle. Restrictions such as narrow roads, parked vehicles, steep inclines or other access issues should be communicated to us before delivery.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the order.

We recommend checking the quantity and condition of the goods as soon as possible after delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Although every effort is made to package orders securely, tiles can occasionally be damaged during transportation.

Please report any damaged, missing or incorrect items to HOLOS Tiles within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with clear photographs of the products and packaging.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather, traffic or supply issues.

We recommend that customers do not book installers or begin installation work until the complete order has been received and checked.

Multiple Deliveries

Where an order contains different products or products sourced from different locations, items may occasionally arrive in separate deliveries.

Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout or confirmed before your order is completed.
